As we are a very small business, we can only accept returns for damaged items. This includes broken pins or manufacturing errors such as damaged printing. If your item arrives damaged, please send us an email within 7 days of the date you received your package. Include photos and a detailed description of the damage to your product.
NOTE: Returns will not be accepted for incorrect size/color choice or wrong address. Once your order has ben sent to our on demand printer, this information cannot be changed. Please make sure this information is as accurate as possible during checkout. We cannot cancel your order or refund you after checkout.
